What personal data we collect and why we collect it

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

For example, we will store order information for 3 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing/shipping addresses.

When implemented, we will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

How long we retain your data

By default, contact form entries are retained for 3 months, analytics records for 1 year, and customer purchase records for 3 years.

What rights you have over your data

At some time in the future should the facility be available, if you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
